Direct to Garment printing or DTG is the latest innovation in the garment printing industry. This method allows you to print full color, photo realistic images directly on to almost any fabric using eco friendly inks. It also provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel.
This process is permanent, not an iron on transfer and is perfect when printing images with multiple colors. We use a state of the art Brother GT-3 DTG Printer that is designed to output high quality and high volume runs in full color.
We can print from almost any image type including jpeg, bmp, tiff and more. Your graphic file should be as large as possible as it is easy to shrink an image to fit, but when enlarging an image, quality loss may result. We prefer your image to be in a vector format such as Adobe Illustrator , Corel Draw or straight eps files.
We can print up to a 12.5″ x 16″ image size and your artwork should be at 300 dpi. If you have questions about your artwork or images please contact us.
